As stated in our full return policy:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods
- We'll refund your purchase price and original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return)
- Custom items or Mystery Packs are exempt from this right
